Thanks for
stopping by. I appreciate
it... really!! Well, let's
see, I was off the air for a
bit during a transitional
phase of life and was really
looking to get back into it
because I missed you; the
world's greatest audience! I
know how much you love this
music and what it means to
us all. I started on the air
at B103 Labor Day weekend
2006. I grew up in Brooklyn,
listening to the Radio
Greats of WMCA, and WABC and
WINS early on. My dream to
get into radio came true
after I attended a radio
seminar hosted by Super Max
Kinkel at On the Air
Production Studios on New
York's upper Westside in the
late 80's. After stints at
WJDM, WHLI, WVNJ, Oldies 107
and Jukebox Radio in NJ, I
was honored to learn from
and work with legendary NY
radio personalities such as
The Max Man, Ted Brown,
Chuck Leonard, Dean Anthony
and Jack Spector . Who
remembers the time Jack
Spector was working on a
Jewish holiday and this lady
calls up and says " Jack,
what's a nice Jewish boy
like you doing working on a
holiday???? Jack being Jack
replied " Hey Lady, I'm on
tape"!!! She said ok and
hung up!! LOL. Today, it's
really great to be on the
Island, happily married to
my sweetie Joany and to be a
part of the tremendous
(borrowed from the Wiseman )
air force here at B103
playing "Long Island's
Greatest Hits". Thanks for
checking in! Email me, I
love to hear from you!
